Dr. John Schmid recently completed the Practical Advanced TMD Practice: Level 1 course at the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies (LVI Global). This course covers multiple aspects of treating TMD/TMJ (temporomanidbular joint disorder), including evaluation, records, and the relationship TMJ has with obstructive sleep apnea. Training with the renowned LVI faculty is a huge achievement and a leader in continuing education for dentists who come from all over the world. Austin Dentist Dr. John Schmid Receives Fellow Designation From LVI Global
Dr. Schmid has been awarded the distinction of Fellow by the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies (LVI Global). This is awarded to dentists who have completed LVI’s Core Series in both cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry – a minimum of 278 continuing education hours. Very few dentists have been awarded this distinction, and Dr. Schmid is proud to be among this group of LVI Fellows.
