The exact cost of a smile makeover is entirely dependent on the treatments and restorations included. Each of these has their own cost. Since a smile makeover typically includes more than one treatment, the cost depends on the combination.
When you visit experienced cosmetic dentist Dr. John Schmid, you'll discuss all the ways you can improve the health and appearance of your smile. If you decide to opt for a smile makeover, our front office staff will make sure you know the estimated costs. We'll also discuss payment plan options, financing plans and other aspects of payment.
Financing and Payment Options
We accept financing from CareCredit®. You can easily apply for their plans online. If approved, you'll be able to use your CareCredit® card and balance to pay for your cosmetic dental treatments. Then you'll pay off the card, similar to paying off a balance on your credit card.
"What About Insurance?"
While our practice does accept various insurance plans, most people's plans do not include coverage for procedures and treatments the insurer considers purely cosmetic. It's possible they may provide some degree of coverage for a treatment you choose, such as a dental crown or other restorative procedure. The only way to know for sure is to arrange your consultation and to check your policy once you decide which treatments you want. In addition to financing, we offer payment plans and payment by credit card.
The Value of Your Smile Makeover
When considering the cost of any dental procedure, it's a good idea to weigh it against the benefits and results you will receive for the cost. Each patient who comes to Dr. Schmid seeking smile rejuvenation has their own unique reasons. In general, some of the benefits they are seeking include:
- Refreshing self-confidence
- Letting go of self-conscious feelings about your smile when interacting with other people socially and professionally
- Feeling good about the health and appearance of their teeth and gums
- Addressing multiple teeth issues at once
- Restoring the beauty, health and strength of your teeth
For any investment, you should consider the return you will get. A smile makeover is an investment that may pay off when it provides the benefits listed above, as well as other benefits more personal to you.
At our practice, we know this is a big decision and we want to provide the information you need. During your consultation, you'll get straightforward answers about what to expect and how much things cost. Our entire team wants you to be exceptionally happy with your results!
